• Process emails/chats/cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
• Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets
Competency Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping
• Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Fresher to Experience both can appl
Salary: 18k to 22k + Incentive + Employee benefits
