Why we're hiring:
To be responsible for managing the portfolio of complex integration activity relating to WPP’s Identity Services and to manage merger and acquisition activity as required by WPP’s Identity Services ecosystem
What you'll be doing:
• To manage, prioritise and report upon project activity within the Identity Integration portfolio.
• To liaise with key stakeholders and coordinate discovery activities necessary to initiate new projects, identify opportunities and provide timely information to the IDAM team.
• To work alongside technical stakeholders to identify deliverables and estimate timelines to build plans for the managed projects.
• To coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure the planned activities deliver results in accordance with agreed time, cost & quality parameters.
• To work with key stakeholders and the IDAM support teams to provide early life support for project deliverables.
• To participate in the IDAM Change Management process as required.
• To liaise with the Global Transformation Team to share updates on Identity projects reported as part of the global IT portfolio.
What you'll need:
• A good working knowledge of one or more IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP, G-Suite, AWS.
• Experience of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
• General understanding of employees’ lifecycle process (Joiners, Movers and Leavers).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing concurrent projects.
• Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments, and multiple stakeholders
