• *Key Responsibilities:**

- Designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML algorithms and models

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements

- Researching and exploring new AI/ML techniques and technologies

- Integrating third-party AI APIs into web or software applications

- Developing intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automation systems based on predefined logic

- Building and testing AI chat interfaces or recommendation flows using no-code/low-code AI platforms

- Training and optimizing AI/ML models on large datasets

- Evaluating and improving model performance

- Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to create high-quality datasets

• *Qualifications Required:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 12 years of experience in web/software development with AI integration

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Basic understanding of NLP and AI automation tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, React.JS, or Node.js (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD

- Experience working in Agile development methodologies
