Key Responsibilities
• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, installation guides, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, concise content.
• Create and update online help systems, knowledge bases, and product documentation.
• Ensure documentation follows best practices, including consistency, clarity, and usability.
• Work with Markdown, HTML, XML, or other documentation tools to structure content effectively.
• Edit, proofread, and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain version control and ensure documentation is updated with new releases or changes.
• Use graphics, diagrams, and illustrations to enhance the readability of technical Candidate Profile :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant technical field
• 2-3 years' experience as a technical writer
• Experience writing release notes preferred
• Experience writing help documentation preferred
• Experience writing procedural materials preferred
• Experience writing operations manuals a plus
• Experience in the finance industry a plus
• Experience with UX writing a plus
• Must have superior written communication skills
• Must be able to maintain consistency between projects to deliver a uniform product appearance
• Must be able to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Must have experience with Jira/Confluence
• Experience with RoboHelp a plus
• Must be willing to assist with ad hoc written tasks as required
