Role/Job Title: Risk Manager – Education Loans
Business: Retail Banking
Function/Department: Retail Business Risk
Place of Work: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The role entails formulation and implementation of Education Loan policy and regular monitoring monitoring of portfolio from credit risk perspective.
Role will closely collaborate with Retail team – Product Manager, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Book Growth by implementing new Education Loan policy and credit decisioning framework
– Build quality portfolio with all risk triggers within benchmark
– Adherance to governance and control framework
– Reduction of Risk Related costs
Secondary Responsibilities:
-Recommend process changes in order to improve efficiency and quality across the assigned area
-Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
Key Success Metrics:
Portfolio Risk Performance (Early Delinquency, NCL), Book Growth (EOP), Governance and Control (No adverse remark in Audits
