Zonal Head - Cross Sell ( PL) As a ZH for the North Zone, Candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and leading our personal loan sales team. He will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering a digital-first approach, optimizing processes, ensuring employee productivity, and maintaining low delinquency rates (DRR). Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed personal loan sales targets within the North Zone 2. Business Growth : Develop and implement strategies to drive loan volume growth while maintaining quality standards 3. Digital transformation: Spearhead the adoption of digital practices and technologies to streamline loan processing, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency 4. Process optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times, enhance accuracy, and minimize operational costs 5. Training and Development ... Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills 6. Daily performance monitoring : Monitor and ensure the daily delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan disbursements, customer acquisition, and sales conversions 7. Delinquency rate management : Maintain a low Delinquency Rate (DRR) by implementing effective risk assessment and collection strategies 8. Employee productivity : Drive a culture of productivity and performance excellence among the team members through effective coaching and performance management Qualification: - Graduation in any discipline, MBA preferred - Proven experience in personal loan sales and management, with a minimum of [8 to 12] years in a leadership role - Strong understanding of digital banking practices and technologies - Data-driven decision-making abilities - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets,
