What will you be doing?
The main responsibility of the candidate will be to realize the functionality of high level business requirements supplied by Business Analyst team to deliver thorough and robust IDM functionality with the toolsets available in the company. They will be innovative and forward looking and able to take challenges in a fast paced environment. The requirements for Access and Identity Management are growing rapidly so the candidate must be able to think out of the box to improve the existing technology and framework adhering to aggressive deadlines.
The individual will:
• Work closely with the offshore teams to design, develop, deploy and support IDM solutions for the IDM Group
• Engage in technical discussions regarding design and implementation approach for IDM Toolsets as part of its ongoing provisioning Initiatives end to end.
• Identify and report issues, gaps, and areas of improvement to optimize the roll out of the IDM Solution
• In-depth experience with the listed technologies

• Strong problem solving ability to address new situations and efficiently handle any incidents which may arise.
• Strong focus on time management, in order to concentrate on priority work
