Job Title: Exhibition Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Exhibition Coordinator who will be responsible for identifying exhibitions, coordinating with vendors, managing on-ground activities, and generating quality leads for the sales team. The role includes travel, coordination, and hands-on marketing during exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibition Identification & Planning
• Search and shortlist relevant exhibitions on industry portals and websites.
• Coordinate with exhibition organizers, vendors, and agencies.
• Manage booking, stall arrangements, and required documentation.
Vendor Coordination & Follow-Up
• Communicate with vendors for stall setup, branding materials, logistics, etc.
• Ensure timely follow-up and smooth coordination before and during exhibitions.
On-Ground Exhibition Activities
• Travel to exhibition locations as required.
• Manage visitor footfall and engage with customers at the booth.
• Demonstrate DESMAT products and explain key features.
• Distribute marketing materials and collect visitor details.
Lead & Data Management
• Capture visitor information and maintain proper data records.
• Share collected leads with the sales team for conversion.
• Prepare basic reports on exhibition performance and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Event Management preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with travel for exhibitions and events.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and event handling.
• Good command of MS Excel for maintaining visitor data and reports.
• Ability to manage footfall and communicate professionally with visitors.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Role Summary:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with one of Delhi’s leading RWAs toward building a Zero-Waste Society. The position involves understanding and managing the complete waste ecosystem within a gated community. Starting from segregation and composting to recycling and awareness. It’s an engaging, hands-on role to design, implement, and monitor sustainable waste management systems while mobilizing residents and staff to create a model society for responsible waste practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementation of decentralized waste management systems (MRF and composting units).
• Oversee setup, maintenance, and operation of waste management infrastructure and equipment.
• Train housekeeping and waste management staff in segregation, composting, and waste handling.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with zero-waste objectives.
• Plan and execute IEC activities, awareness campaigns, and workshops for residents and staff.
• Develop and distribute IEC materials (digital/print) to promote waste reduction and segregation.
• Implement a digital monitoring system for waste tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and share monthly progress reports on segregation, composting, and recycling outcomes.
• Engage community members and volunteers through drives, demos, and sustainability events.
• Coordinate with RWA, vendors, and recyclers to streamline waste management operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduation degrees in related fields like Social Work, Community Development or Waste Management are preferred, not mandatory.
