Job Description & Summary
A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.
As part of our Learning and Development Deliver team, you’ll provide strategic business solutions to our clients through the coordination of our market implementation efforts, talent, content management, and coordination with key functions outside of Learning & Development such as finance, meeting & event services procurement, third party labour and human resources.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

1. Expertise in the use of authoring tools like - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo (optional)
2. Work closely with instructional designers, internal development team for understanding the storyboard or concepts
3. An understanding of the latest trends of learning technology
4. Abilities to create design elements that convey our brand
5. Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, Google Docs, Sheet, Slides and Microsoft Office
6. Knowledge of visual design
7. Knowledge of testing the course functionalities, content and responsivity etc.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills
+. Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment
10. Collaborate with project development team
11. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM
12. Multimedia development including interactive learning objects
Preferred:
1. Motion graphics skills (optional)
2. Audio editings skills (optional)
Education/qualifications: Graduate and above/relevant degree or certification
Knowledge of tools: Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office (Specially PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
Optional tools: Gomo, AfterEffects, Premier, Vyond and Audio editing software
Key personal attribute: Good verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in the field of e-learn development, a strong portfolio of samples in eLearning and graphics, also any samples of basic media or media editing either as standalone or as part of eLearning examples, Living upto the PwC brand values
