Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Middle School Coordinator to lead academic and administrative operations for the middle school segment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the IGCSE curriculum and have prior experience managing a team of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead curriculum planning and academic delivery for middle school grades.
Mentor and manage the teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
Monitor student progress, assessments, and learning outcomes.
Facilitate parent-teacher communication and engagement.
Drive innovative and inclusive teaching methodologies aligned with IGCSE standards.
Coordinate school events, examinations, and academic calendars.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience as a Middle School Coordinator or similar leadership role in an IGCSE school is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
