Job Summary: The Process Associate for Airline Operations will support various administrative and operational functions within the airline process. This role involves ensuring efficient handling of passenger services, ticketing, reservations, cancellations, and flight operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• .Ticket booking, cancellation, flight delays over voice
• Solving queries related to Refund and baggage’s
• Informing customers the flight details
Qualification: - HSC / Graduate
Date: 6 Days working 247 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
1 Rotational Week Off
Communication: - Fluent English Communication
Salary - CTC: INR 15,605 In-hand: INR 13,100
