Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's in Science (BSc) with 2 to 3 Years of relevant exp in metrology
Primary Responsibilities:
Measuring, recording and analyzing profiles, patterns of electron microscope images using image measurement softwares following BKMs and business process
Resolve any issues related to features/profiles in electron microscope images that arise during measurement
Analyze the datalogs generated from the etch chambers during the process performance tests and check for various parameters using data analysis software
Document processes and tools used for image measurement & Datalog analysis
Responsible for quality and on time delivery of the tasks
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
Working knowledge on Metrology, measurement techniques involving electron microscope images
Working knowledge in MS office Softwares like Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Desirable Skills:
Experience in working with Image Measurement Softwares : Quartz PCI, Hitachi Image Measurement software or any other similar softwares
