Job Description
Position Summary: The College Savings Operations Imaging and Mail Associate 1 prepares distribution checks, posts contribution checks, along with processing incoming mail. This professional also assists with welcome letters, confirmation letters, and other daily mailings.
Hours: (Temporary Position) Monday - Friday 35-40 hours per week, Saturday's may be an option. Holidays may be required.
Essential Functions
• Mail out all letters and distribution checks.
• Complete final review for distribution verification.
• Post checks, balance, and scan them for data processing.
• Coding faxes, research, and mail back documents working from a queue.
• Prepare, print, and mail PO Box letters.
• Prepare mailings as well as sort, fold and insert into envelopes to ensure 100% compliance with state partners.
• Sort, open, prepare and scan incoming mail for processing.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training: follow internal processes and controls as required.
• Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Strong input accuracy skills –applicant is required to achieve a minimum accuracy score of a +0% with minimum keystrokes of 8500 on the alpha-numeric and minimum keystrokes of 7500 on 10-key Union Bank data input test to be considered.
• Database & Operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database management software.
