Post :- CSR Customer Support
Experience :- 6 months to 10 Years
Qualification :- 10+2 /10+3 /Graduate/UG, NO Diploma
Remuneration :- 2.5 L/PA to 4.5 L/PA (Based on Current CTC )
Location :- PUNE
CAB :- 2 WAY CAB PROVIDED
SHIFT :- Rotational US Shift
Roles And Responsible :
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process.
• Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts.
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
Skills:
• Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.
