About Process
Cater to inbound calls from end customers to initiate dispute on the account. Probing to capture all relevant information to initiate disputes investigation
Utilize the Visa and MasterCard Core Rules and Visa and MasterCard Product and Service Rules
Meet compliance requirements including deadlines of Federal Regulation E, Federal Regulation Z, and Visa.
Location
Pune Hinjewadi Phase 2
Requirement
Good communication skills in English (+ / 10)
Computer Savy - MS office & Internet
Good comprehension skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered
Education
Any graduate with minimum 0 -2 years of experience
Shift timings
US shifts ( Post 5PM & Graveyard Shift)
Transport Boundaries
Source candidates from nearby location only, Currently WFH but may start WFO from Jan 2026 (Candidates ready to relocate can be considered)
Transport Facility
One way (Will be discussed during the interview)
Salary Range
Band AA : Between 2.8lpa 3.5lpa (Depending on the interview)
