Co-ordination with clients on position allotment and following up with potentialcandidates. Sourcing relevant resumes of IT/Non-IT background from various jobs portals. Shortlisting the resumes based on clients criteria and conducting telephonicconversation with the prospective jobseekers. Counselling the prospective jobseekers and facilitating interviews for the shortlistedcandidates.
