The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Attorney position must possess the following qualifications
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible for admission.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
