Immediate opening for Admission counselor

We have an immediate opening for Admission counselor/Relationship executive position at VIBGYOR HIGH, Coimbatore. (Only female candidates can apply)

· Regular updation of MIS w.r.t. enquiries (walk-ins, telephonic and web) kits, registration and admissions

· Maintaining admission management module in ERP

· Entering admission and walk-ins in to ERP

· Generating MIS Re-conciliation report

· Generating application and ENR number for admitted students.

· Organizing and conduction education fairs

· Promote the school by paying visit to banks, car showrooms, hospitals and distribution of school leaflets

· Visit the neighboring kindergarten schools for tie-ups.

· Respond to mails/calls relating to school/child/employees

· Bulk mail the school information and admission procedure to the targeted group

· Conducting school tours for parents.

· Generating competitor analysis report.

· Sale of admission kit

· Undertake the oral and written assessment of the child.

· Assist parents in filing necessary documents related to admission. Transfers etc.

· Collect cheques for admission, transport and cafeteria

· Coordinate with special educators for assessment of special need children.

· Undertake kids club admissions

· Generate application and ENR number for admitted students.

· Provide joining details to parents w.r.t coffee meet, payment schedule of fees, bus facility, uniform collection, school essentials collection, subject choices, SPA, PSA, Kids club, school and shop timings.

· Provide temporary ID cards and bearer cards to the parents.

· Address the grievances related to transport, infrastructure, SPA and academics

· Maintain types of forms w.r.t to walk-ins/registration,/admission, kids club, test papers, grievance, student leave application etc.)

· Follow up and update the parents w.r.t PDC deposits, notices, circulars etc.

· Maintain the ‘lost and found items’.

· Act as the point of contact between parent /teachers/coordinators/Principal

· Maintain inward and outward courier/mail registers

· Maintain SMS, feedback, helpdesk log book, visitors book

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
