JOB Description
Must have :
Extensive knowledge on setting up Jira projects Workflows, fields, screens and permissions
Knowledge on commonly used Jira and Confluence plugins
Has worked on standalone servers and Data Centre server installations.
Gather requirements, consult, and document in related process workshops with business ambassadors.
Worked with handling support tickets and aware of support handling process in an Agile team
In depth knowledge on groovy scripts development and enhancements on existing complex scripts
In depth knowledge on shell scripting, its creation from scratch, deployment on Linux servers and the automation of scripts execution
Ability to create shell scripts to automate day to day tasks and to build integrations with external tools.
Ability to understand complex groovy scripts and shell scripts, that involve integrations within tools on the CI/ CD pipeline and to work on enhancements of the same
Complete end to end knowledge on developing groovy scripts from scratch for requests ranging from simple field value updations to complex integrations to external tools
Basic Knowledge of the Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo will help to better understand the integrations and automations that are built using scripting
Good To Have
Basic knowledge on Linux servers and commands to navigate through the configuration files
Knowledge on application version upgrades for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo.
Basic Knowledge on Postgres Database
Knowledge on migration of projects from one instance to another.
Knowledge on migration to Atlassian cloud and migration from cloud to Datacentre. Additional.
