Qualification & Experience: BE (Mech) with MBA in Marketing. Experience of min. 5 years for the Business Development and Successful registration accomplished.
Job Description:
Establish and maintain deep understanding of over CEES product portfolio and competitive landscape.
Should be able to get CEES reached before the inquiries/ tenders are issued. A watch on all the applications and wide spread of the contacts in the industry and Sales Engineers of various companies. High grade knowledge of the Sources of the information to get CEES established with prospectus.
Setup the conference/ presentation with right decisions makers in all PSUs, Refineries, EIL, Steel plants , EPCs , & assigned prospective customers for Mr. Arun Pahwa, Vikas Bhatia & Virendra Jhamb.
Following up on the lead with Sales Team and ultimately leading to order intake. Sales persons should be having inquiries in their hands on right time. Finally measurement of their activities would be judged through Sales Targets achievements.
Refer any problems / concerns raised by customers with management
Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times.
Experience & Skills required:
Fluency in regional languages and English.
Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills. - should have ability to initiate engaging discussions
Understanding of Products and applications.
A good network in the industry CEES deals.
Demonstrable description on the Sources of Information & possession of the skills to implement the information to CEES sales Targets.
Preferred Industry:
Engineering Capital Goods companies
