Strategy
The role holder will be responsible for assisting the PM with all aspects of the project, through its lifecycle, to agreed budget and quality:
• Assist the PM with managing the delivery of and providing direction within a project, working closely with the relevant business leads and stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Assist with creating financial baselines and track cost actuals in a detailed budget document for submission to respective PM / PMO / Project Finance monthly.
• Assist with managing project expenditures (Manday and NonManday) against budget as agreed in the project business case and project definition document or approval request.
• Assist in Tracking the Non-Manday cost to closure.
• Assist PO s to document Scope, approach, solution design, timelines, costs, benefits and all other key aspects of the project are documented.
• Assist with ensuring the respective PM s and the Investment/Steering Committee is made aware of any material risks, issues, cost, benefit, and scope changes.

• Comply with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and practices as defined by internal and external requirements.
• Understand and ensure compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including those governing securities activities, company law, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group s policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters.

Processes
• As Project Manager Office Support, the role will assist the PM to best manage the frameworks which will ensure successful planning and delivery aligned to New Ways of Working, QPRs and Refinement Forums.
• Good Understanding of the Agile framework (roles, artefacts and Ceremonies).

• Ability to manage and track project risks from identification to closure and help the team to mitigate the risks using acceptable risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist with preparing materials for governance meetings as required including quality presentations.
• Ensure that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved and ensure a robust escalation process is in place where PMO, PM and attendees within the designated QPR, MPR and Refinement Forums are required to manage mitigating actions.
• Ensure key person risks (BAU and project) are mitigated.
