Position- Graphic Designer-Women Wear
Location-Bangalore
Experience- 3 Years+
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Pearl/NIFT (preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts in managing social media content and advertising creatives across all platforms. This role will also involve close collaboration with our photography team to provide clear briefs for new product launches and oversee the photography and videography treatment.
Social Media Management:
Create and manage engaging graphic content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
Ad Creative Development: Design eye-catching advertisements for various digital platforms, optimizing them for performance and engagement.
Collaboration with Photography Team: Work closely with the photography team to develop briefs for product launches, ensuring that visual content meets brand standards.
Project Oversight: Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality output that adheres to deadlines.
Mentorship for website listing of images : Provide guidance and feedback to listing team for image quality to be listed on the website. E-commerce and lifestyle both.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity throughout all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring that all designs align with the company's visual identity.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media, and advertising to continually enhance our creative output
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years+ of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Minimum 2 years in CAD software, adobe photoshop, illustrator.
3-4 years of experience in Knitwear required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design software.
Creative Vision: Strong aesthetic skills with an eye for detail, color theory, typography, and layout design.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
