Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects and interior designers across India, promoting our curated lighting solutions, preparing quotations, and sourcing products upon request — even if they are from brands not currently listed on Lumeil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, reach out, and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms across India.
- Present Lumeil’s premium product range and new launches to key stakeholders.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions from our collection.
- Prepare customized quotations based on client needs.
- Source and arrange additional products (outside the Lumeil portfolio) if requested, ensuring seamless client servicing.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project updates through CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, building materials, or the lighting industry.
- Strong network and connections with architects and designers are a big plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, especially in preparing quotations and sourcing.
- A self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and driven by targets.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
