Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our construction management team by handling essential paperwork and office operations. Responsibilities
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for construction projects.
Manage daily office schedules, including appointments and team meetings.
Assist in processing weekly payroll data and basic data entry tasks.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate project managers.
Ensure the office remains stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
Requirements
Must be able to work on-site at our New York, NY office.
Basic proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

High school diploma or equivalent.
