Must have excellent knowledge on US H1B visa process
Do an eligibility check & assist employee manager with process to initiate the request on internal immigration portal
Gathering information and documentation from Employees & Managers
Helping Employees & Managers fill out application related information’s on internal portal
Guiding employees & manager on immigration policies and requirements
Reviewing all documents & information’s submitted by Employee & Managers to ensure they are accurate and meet requirements
Reviewing LCAs to ensure it is procured accurately to file the application
Reporting non-compliant cases to Leads & compliance team
Ensuring that deadlines / SLA are met
Tracking the status of each application in system & tracker on a daily basis
Keeping employees, managers & clients updated on status of the application
Coordinating with internal teams (Case Management, LCA & Compliance team) as needed
Upgrade self on immigration rules, requirements & policies
