Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with legal research, preparing legal documents, and making court appearances on behalf of the firm. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information to support case preparation.
Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
Make court appearances to represent clients in traffic ticket cases.
Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to coordinate case details.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and questions promptly.
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Paralegal certification
Previous experience in a legal setting, particularly in traffic law, is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for court appearances as needed.
