The Role Description
The successful applicant will provide visa consultancy in the following areas:
Student visas, GSM, Partner, 482, ENS, RSMS, AAT, RRT and all other visas and would be responsible for conversions and enrolments.
As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on immigration issues, visas, and global immigration laws. Your day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients, assessing eligibility for various visa applications, preparing, and submitting visa applications, and staying updated on changes in immigration regulations.
Duties as a Migration Agent
Deal effectively with new and existing clients.
Provide timely, variety of accurate and professional migration advice.
Prepare, check, and lodge visa applications.
Meet deadlines concerning preparation and lodgement of visa applications.
Enter and maintain client information in the system.
Ensuring visas are prepared accurately for lodgement to the DHA.
Building the firm's customer base and reputation through top-tier service
Ensuring all weekly follow-ups are completed on time.
Continuously building and expanding knowledge base and research
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, or other cities in Australia, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Current registration with OMARA | Valid MARA Licence
Immigration Issues and Visas
Expertise in Immigration Law and Regulations
Consulting and Client Relationship Management
Global Immigration Knowledge
Excellent communication and people skills
Mindfulness and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience in the education or migration industry is a plus.
A graduate certificate in Law, Migration Services, or a related field
