Cross Cosmic Immigration Services Inc. is a Mississauga-based Canadian immigration consultancy co-founded by Karan Suri (RCIC #R517850) and Bhavuk Arora (RCIC #R710982). After a strong first year, we are scaling our team and expanding our client services across Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, LMIA, Francophone Mobility, study/work permits, entrepreneur streams, and IRB matters.
We are licensed under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and operate from a modern office in Mississauga.
About the Role
We are hiring a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to lead client consultations and serve as the first expert voice our prospective clients meet. This is a client-facing strategy role, not a processing or paperwork role. You will assess client profiles, recommend the right immigration pathway, close retainers, and oversee final file review before submission.
You will be directly mentored by both Co-Founders and gain full-spectrum exposure to the Canadian immigration system.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct paid client consultations across multiple immigration streams including Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, Francophone Mobility, study permits, work permits, entrepreneur programs (C-11, Start-Up Visa, AAIP), and IRB matters
Assess client eligibility and recommend the most appropriate immigration pathway
Prepare and execute CICC-compliant retainer agreements
Onboard retained clients and coordinate handover to the case processing team
Collect retainer fees and ensure proper documentation
Conduct final file reviews before submission to IRCC
Maintain compliance with CICC Code of Professional Conduct at all times
Required Qualifications
Active RCIC license with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), in good standing
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
Strong communication skills with confidence and empathy
Genuine interest in client-facing work and long-term career growth
Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON
Preferred Qualifications
Multilingual ability in French, Punjabi, Hindi, Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, or Arabic
Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or law firm
Familiarity with practice management software (CaseEasy or similar)
Note: Newly licensed RCICs are welcome to apply. We provide structured training and direct mentorship from both Co-Founders.
