Responsibilities
Their primary responsibility will be to assist lawyers by conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, and providing administrative support throughout the legal process
Conducting research on statutes, case law, regulations, and legal precedents to help build cases
Preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, motions, pleadings, and other forms required by the court or law firms
Interacting with clients to gather facts, schedule meetings, and communicate case status updates
Organizing and maintaining files, evidence, and documentation related to ongoing cases
Filing legal documents with courts and regulatory agencies, ensuring that all filings comply with court deadlines and rules
Helping prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, assisting with depositions, and preparing trial briefs
Writing letters and other legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
Performing general administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence

Their primary responsibility will be to assist lawyers by conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, and providing administrative support throughout the legal process. What your day will look like:

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal; immigration experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, excellent research and writing abilities, familiarity with legal software, organizational skills, and effective communication.
