An exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving Fintech environment as an Implementation Consultant. The ideal candidate will participate in enhancing our existing products and in design, development and implementation activities for customer solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience
This role requires an appropriate mix of related business and technology skills. These include:
• Experience in the Lending/Finance industry (at least 2 years) with solid exposure to investment operations
• Experience in implementing software in large financial institutions
• Experience in analyzing information/data, identifying patterns/anomalies, assessing implications and formulating solutions.
• Experience and working knowledge of implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with high volume / large processing systems.
Requirements
• Define project implementation approach, generate project plans, and related budget estimates
• Analysis and design of business processes
• Data analysis and conversions
• Effective Client Communication
• Evaluate alternatives and lead system design and configuration
• Collaborate with internal software engineers and product managers to enhance our product
• Draft specifications for enhancements & system integrations
• Build test plan/approach and lead execution
• Conduct end-user training
