Ensures timely fulfilment of manpower needs while continuously strengthening the talent pool for future growth. Recognized for strong stakeholder and vendor management, data‑backed decision‑making, and the ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline and operational rolesDrive the WPD Team of recruiters to maintain the defined productivity norms for each recruiter in the region.Team Governance for process adherencePartner with the business team in supporting business growthFocus on annual forecasting, quarterly forecasting, & monthly planning in the region assignedDrive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the regionIdentify, recommend & establish tie-ups with Institutions & agenciesAnalyse recruitment & attrition trends in the region and recommend actionsSource, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time, maintaining the optimum cost of hiringBuild and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimumMaintain records of source mix & present the dashboardEstablish relevant documentation and maintain recordsBe proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirementsCoordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and Appointment to prospective applicantsDevelop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levelsPromote Employee Referral Scheme in the sites to create a pool of resourcesKey RequirementsStrong 10 -15 years of experience in blue‑collar or mass hiring environmentAbility to manage high‑volume recruitment across multiple locations at different client sites.Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skillsStrong networking ability with local communities, institutes, and agenciesData‑driven approach with proficiency in MIS, dashboardAbility to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelinesAbility to follow directions and work with little or no supervisionStrong negotiation skillsWhy SODEXO:Healthy Work-Life BalanceLeadership DevelopmentGlobal Career OpportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationInclusive CultureCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits

• Defines scope and workforce plan and manages performance to ensure 1st time right.
• Manages the financial performance for roll-out phase in accordance with budget to support financial performance of project
• Drives Change Management versus KPI's and improvement possibilities through continuous measurements
• To ensure ethical and sustainable delivery manages adherence to processes, regulations and tools, and takes corrective action when needed (applicable to suppliers, customer and Ericsson resources).
• Drives and implements Change initiatives to secure value
• Sets up and manages acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to secure timely acceptance and payment as per terms & conditions
• Monitors the invoicing life cycle in implementation phase to secure financial performance
• Reports on progress and deviation as input to workforce and cost management
• Communicates with Customers and Suppliers to secure information flow
• Assurance of implementation work:
• secures that work executed is in accordance with customer and Ericsson directives and standards
• takes action for non-compliance to customer and Ericsson directives and standards
• Should be able to supervise and mentor others
