Role Description
The CTO Security Engineering organization is responsible for delivering technical solutions that keep Deutsche Bank's Information Assets secure. The organization provides control solutions for the infrastructure security architecture across the bank and adapts a rich set of security solutions to arising customer and regulatory needs.
As part of this mission, the AEGIS Program will protect sensitive information through Database Encryption and protects the confidentiality of the bank's information assets and the information of the bank's clients.
The AEGIS Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing encryption and key management solution implementations for various products and platforms within the bank. They will align solutions with the strategic security requirements of the bank and in so doing, provide technological solutions that allow the organization to protect information. The AEGIS Implementation Manager will be expected to act as ITAO during design, build and implementation phases and ensure robust transition to BAU state.
A degree-level education (or equivalent) in a technology related discipline is preferred, along with significant and in-depth experience of database encryption and key management. Highly effective communication and management skills are a must, as are English language skills to business standard.
This role requires excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with other Group CIO teams supporting the rollout of AEGIS infrastructure.
Also required are effective presentation skills and an ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way. Furthermore, an ability to elucidate the benefits of protecting information and preventing data leakage, whilst providing solid justifications for technology spend.

Your skills and experience
Technical Skills:
In-depth experience of database encryption and key management products and technologies.
At least 5 years of solid IT Security experience preferred in the arena of encryption and security engineering.
Technology Certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, and ITIL).
