Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs. Job Purpose The role of the Implementation Manager is to implement cash management and trade solutions (payments, collections, liquidity, trade etc.) for mandates. The Implementation manager would drive integration of Digital channels (RAPID, IDEAL, MAX) with client ERP systems. In addition, department and organisation level projects would also be handled. Key Accountibilities • Ensure efficient Customer Handling and management. • Implement cash & trade management solutions (Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, Trade, SFS) for mandates through a structured implementation approach. Monitor and improve turn-around times for clients to go-live on won mandates. • Drive digital mandate implementation and transactions. Support sales for critical deal sales pitches. Ensure digital channel targets (no / revenue) are met. • Perform revenue realisation analysis for the mandates implemented. Circulate relevant usage, revenue MIS to all stakeholders. • Support integration of digital solutions with client ERP systems to ensure Straight through processing. Client training and system trouble shooting is an integral part of the role. Evaluate and develop suitable vendors for technology – and client - support, as relevant, based on business growth and requirements • Support and manage special projects. Special projects to be determined in consultation with Head Cash Management. • Interact with internal stakeholders in India and Region for efficient implementation processes/solutions. • Establish profile of the Bank as a cash management provider in India. Undertake frequent competitor analysis and share with Senior Business Development Manager/Product Team to enable DBS Cash Management offerings being in line with competing banks. Also identify local promotional activities and share the same with Senior Business Development Manager which will help positively reinforce DBS Cash Management brand. Experience • Good understanding of the Implementation process through preferably prior project management / electronic banking experience • Market knowledge and experience of Cash Management, with reference to customer preferences and requirement would be preferable. Educational Preferences A graduate/MBA, with relevant number of years of experience as stated above Core Competencies • Good understanding of Project management process • Sound technical knowledge of cash management business • Good planning & organising skills. Planning, scheduling and monitoring deliverables, within a stipulated time frame using effective methods • Good team management skills / working with multiple stakeholders • Good interpersonal and communications skills. Technical Competencies • Understanding of cash management products and associated technology platforms and operational procedures • Sound understanding of electronic banking products and associated systems, technology platforms and operational procedures • Experience of dealing with partner banks, vendors and technology providers as well as understanding industry dynamics • Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking issued by RBI (local regulations in India) and local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general. • Internet and Microsoft Office Skills Working Relationship • Possess good working relationship and a high degree of team spirit and cooperation with relationship group as well as service partners in the bank such as Product Mgt, Operations, Finance, Legal etc, so as to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients • Establish rapport with our clients so as to win their business, confidence Possess good working relationship and a high degree of team spirit and cooperation with service partners in the bank such as Technology, Operations, GTS - Singapore etc. as well as relationship groups, viz., FIG, EBG and IBG so as to ensure seamless delivery of products to our clients and business growth and smooth functioning of the branch as a whole. 3) Establish good contacts with industry players, particularly vendors Primary Location: India-Delhi-New Delhi Job: Implementation Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full-time : Job Posting: Apr 5, 2026, 4:0+:51 AM
