CIEL HR Services Ltd is hiring a Recruiter for its Ahmedabad office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 10 years of experience who are passionate about hiring and want to build a career in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring needs and job descriptions from clients/hiring managers
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
Manage ATS and recruitment trackers
Assist with employer branding and job fair participation
Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience
Prepare and share recruitment reports
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and people skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
Familiarity with Naukri/LinkedIn is a plus
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
