1. Product Procurement, Negotiate with vendors to reduce cost.
2. As per proposal or BOQ, Maintain Excel sheet
3. Order material as per BOQ or Proposal
4. Creating a Invoice, Purchase Order, Courier Booking
5. Keeping an update our showroom and Day to Day Activities of Showroom
6. Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
7. Co-ordination with CHA, Freight forwarder, Shipping line.
8. Follow up with Airlines, Courier agencies, Clearance Agent for Import shipment
+. Tracking and monitoring the schedule delivery.
10. Knowledge and experience on import procurement.
