Import Documentation Executive at Mayur Uniquoters Limited, a company specializing in the manufacturing and export of PVC Vinyl/Artificial Leather/Faux Leather for various industries such as automotive, marine, furniture, and textiles. Key Responsibilities:
The Import Documentation Executive will be responsible for the smooth handling of all import-related operations within the Custom Clearance/Imports department. The role involves tracking shipments, managing import documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders such as Custom House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key duties include:
• Monitoring daily shipments, ensuring their timely arrival at the Dhodsar Plant(link removed)>
• Verifying shipment documents, including Bills of Entry (BOE) and advance licenses(link removed)>
• Handling shipping line invoices, delivery orders, and following up with CHA/forwarders for any outstanding payments.
• Ensuring all documents comply with regulations, including generating e-way bills and updating prices in SAP(link removed)>
• Maintaining detailed shipment records for different modes (AIR, LCL, SEA).
• Coordinating with the transporters and CHA for smooth dispatch processes and handling related paperwork.
Documentation & Coordination:
• Ensuring that documentation for each shipment is complete and properly filed, including scanned copies for record-keeping.
• Maintaining and updating CONCOR (Container Corporation of India) sheets for rail movements and container status tracking.
• Preparing and submitting necessary documents to shipping lines and ensuring timely release of purchase orders (POs)(link removed)>
• Regularly updating the reporting manager with shipment status and coordinating with CHA to plan dispatches effectively.
Skills & Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, CONCOR, CHA, e-way bill generation, and customs compliance are key skills required for the role.
• Understanding of FDSP and PIMS/SIMS generation is preferred.
• The role is full-time and permanent, and the candidate should be a graduate with a background in import/export operations or related fields.
