• Procurement of Raw Material, Machine & Spare Parts from overseas suppliers
• Making Purchase Order on SAP
• Arranging for Delivery Order & Custom Duty
• Clearance of Shipments
• Responsible for all Logistical Parts from Port to Plant
• Day to day monitoring on all shipments
• Timely arrangement of Funds remittance through bank to suppliers
• Coordination with R&D and production department for smooth planning
• Tracking of Shipments and coordinating with government bodies
