Job Summary:
The Import/Export Executive will provide support to the Import/Export Administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations in compliance with customs and government regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Main Role is For International Business Communication In-House Sales And Marketing
• Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
• Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
• Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• 1. Handle areas of global business such as sales, logistics, and compliance
• 2. Manage the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country
• 3. Manage the sales and promotion of their company's goods abroad
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies can be learnt
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· good handling on social media and other networking sites
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
