One of our client which is Pharma Raw Material is looking for :
Export Import Executive
Location : Mumbai
Job Profile :
Preparing Quotations and Proforma invoice of Export Order.
Preparing Commercial Invoice, Packing list, online Insurance C ertificate.
Checking checklist draft, BL Air Way Bill and certificate of origin.
Co-ordinate with factory for export shipment.
Taking rates from freight forwa rder and arranging transport for export shipment .
Co-ordinate with CHA and freig ht forwarder to ensure the smooth process of timely
delivery.
Sending post shipment documents through courier or bank to customer.
Submitting post shipments documents to bank for EBRC purpose and checking same
on DGFT site.
Checking drawback status with s tatements.
Preparing Import documents.
Online Custom Duty payment
Handling Companies Accounts in Tally preparing sale E-Invoice, Eway Bill &
Purchase Invoice
Maintaining Bank entries with Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.
Vender Remittance online payment booking & Voucher Entries
Handling statutory work like GST Data summery & online payment
Handling Statutory work like TDS summery & online Payment
Day to day accounting entries in tally.
Preparing Cheques, DD , RTGS d NEFT Payment .
Preparation of Bank Letter related Inward Remittance, outward Remittance.
Maintaining Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.
Salary releasing of all the employees.
Vender Reconciliation & Voucher Entries
Working experience : Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Salary – Negotiable
