At SKAPS as Customer Service Executive you will directly communicate to USA staff & import/export related works which is beneficial for one’s personal as well as professional growth.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
• Communication with clients of USA
• Import & Export related works
• Follow ups with shipping line
• Web base software entries work
• Support to USA staff
Skills required: Fluency in English required, web base software, good communication, presentation skills, and hands on MS- Office/Excel (Good knowledge).
Qualification – Graduate/Post graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Vehicle: Must require
Shift: Night shift
Timing: 07P.M – 3A.M (Flexible related to timings)
