Operations & Documentation Executive – Freight Forwarding
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare & issue invoices (basic accounting entries if required).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters for DO, BL, and shipment updates.
• Draft & check shipping documents (BL drafts, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Track shipments and update clients proactively.
• Maintain shipment files (digital + physical).
• Assist with MIS (shipment cost vs revenue).
• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
