Should have knowledge of Custom, DGFT related work, banking Export incentives.
Customs, license Export Pre /Post Shipment documentations, Banking, Advance license Clauses, Bond cancellations, License registrations etc.
Develop agent network for nominations and generate business.
Send quotations to agents.
Confirm and execute bookings.
Coordinate with agents & local shippers for commercials.
Monitor & resolve escalated queries related to bookings & execution.
Liaising with the Internal accounts Team and agents for the preparation of MIS.
Documentation specialist, supporting export import activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents, Recordkeeping of timely payment of product.
