Designation: Executive –Import/ Export (Logistics)
Location: Vile Parle East
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Responsibilities:
1. Complete knowledge and hands on experience of export –import documentation.
2. Banking work / procedures related knowledge and experience for export and import.
2. Experience of working with ERP / Microsoft Navision/ Microsoft business central
3. Communication with buyers for order and shipment related activities.
4. Dealing with banks for export documentation and overseas payment related work
5. Managing receivables, Order processing procedures.
6. Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment documentation for export and import.
7. Interaction and communication with CHAs and freight forwarders for export shipments .
8. MIS , freight management and good command over English communication and excel.
Education: Any graduate.

· 3-4 years of experience in the Export-Import Documentation department
