We’re on the lookout for an Improvement Engineer to join our team at The Pride. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that balances day-to-day support on the floor with longer-term strategic thinking, especially when it comes to shaping and delivering our capital improvement plans.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
No two days are the same – this role blends technical problem solving, strategic thinking and collaboration. You’ll:
Take the lead on capital planning, delivering against our 3- and 5-year improvement roadmap.
Run and support capital projects that support long term performance goals.
Work closely with frontline teams to spot and drive improvements on the floor.
Partner with leaders to lift safety, quality, efficiency and reliability.
Champion safe practices, working with internal and external suppliers to deliver quality outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and build effective partnerships.
A background in brewing or RTD, with an IBD Diploma in Brewing (or interest in gaining it)
Engineering or project management experience (a bonus, not a must).
Sharp problem solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement and corrective actions.
A working knowledge of lean manufacturing and a curious mindset to explore industry trends.
