If you are a Integrated Management System (IMS)/ Quality systems professional, Emerson has an exciting role for you. We are looking for Quality systems professional for our Center of Excellence at Pune. This role is responsible:
IMS maintenance and improvement by writing procedures, setting processes,
Conducting Internal audit, supporting external audit,
Running IMS Awareness training program
Guide and support functional departments,
Active participation for IMS improvements.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be For:
Giving to develop the IMS strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems,
Maintaining the documentation to ensure compliance with IMS standards,
Organizing and leading Internal audits,
Hosting external audits,
Planning and collating data required for Management Review Meetings and for monitoring targets,
Giving to continuous improvement activities,
Ensuring compliance to ethics,
Imparting IMS awareness trainings,
Guiding and supporting functional departments for improvement of their IMS processes.
Who You Are:
In depth understanding of Process Automation System project execution processes
Certified Lead / Internal Auditor for at least one standard,
Knowledge about ISO+001, ISO 2+001, ISO/IEC27001, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards
Knowledge about Project Management / Software development process will be good.
Maintaining and analyzing data related to Audit and other IMS processes,
Others as defined at annual Objective setting,

For This Role, You Will Need:
Experience in Internal Audits of ISO+001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO/TS2+001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Data analysis, review meetings, SIS Audits,
Overall consistent record, of, at least 4 years in Management System.
Computer Literate (Word/Excel) SharePoint knowledge will be beneficial,
Good Collaboration, Analytical skill, Collaborative, Ability to adapt to changes,
Strong verbal and written communication skills, Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of proven experience.
Lead / Internal Auditor Certification for ISO+001, Certification in ISO/IEC27001/ ISO45001/ ISO14001 is preferred.
