Daily Duties
Our Personal Care Workers are highly trained (Cert III or IV required) will provide exceptional care to our clients, which will enhance their quality of life and assist our clients to remain in their home. As a Personal Care Worker your services to our valued clients could entail:
· Providing a client centred approach to help our clients achieve their goals and aspirations
· Providing personal care and daily living activities (showering, personal hygiene, assisting with mobility and assistance with planning/cooking meals as well as assisting with meal time)
· Providing assistance with shopping, transportation, and appointments
· Providing support for clients for community-based recreation and social activities
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with our clients
· Exceptional cleaning duties as directed by our clients
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with our clients
About You
To be considered for these roles, you will require the following:
· Passion, Honesty, Respect, and Integrity
· Client focused approach with excellent verbal and written communication
· Certificate III or IV Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Individual Support
· Current flu vaccination & Full Covid
· Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
· Current Drivers Licence
· National Police Check
· Motor Vehicle with insurance
· Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc as our timesheets and handover reports are completed electronically
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $43.50 per hour
