With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, we are growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario Market.
We are looking for a skilled and charismatic In-Home Sales/Design Consultant to join our team at QuartzCo. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with customers in their homes or at our showroom, providing expert guidance on our Quartz Co products and services. If you have a passion for sales, design, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
This position will be operating in GTA - Burlington to Whitby and will be earning $34,320 per year with 6% commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete minimum 10 sales consultations per week, either in customers' homes or at our showroom for appointments set by internal coordinator.
Educate customers on QuartzCo products, template and installation processes, product care, and warranty information
Assist customers in selecting products, colors, and materials, and take measurements to provide accurate estimates to the homeowner
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints , and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalating complaints to supervisor as required
Collaborate with our support team to ensure a smooth transition from order placement to product installation
Attend scheduled warehouse demos and set up Quartz Co displays (minimum four hours)
Follow QuartzCo sales approach
Lift 20-30 pounds as required
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in Kitchen & Bath sales or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good math skills with a solid understanding of measurements
Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
Valid Driver's License and clear criminal record check
Availability including evenings and Saturdays
Ability to follow a structured sales process
Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or the hospitality industry is an asset
Able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor
