Are you a natural closer who thrives in face-to-face sales? We’re looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help homeowners in South Calgary transform their bathrooms and kitchens. Meet with qualified leads in their homes to understand project needs and offer solutions.
Present proposals and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process. Follow up consistently with leads to close deals—no ghosting allowed! Maintain accurate records in our CRM and communicate regularly with clients. Hit monthly sales targets and celebrate your wins with the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to sell and close in a consultative environment.
Comfortable with in-home client meetings and building quick rapport. Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable. Tech-savvy with a smartphone and basic computer skills.
