This position is full commission. The minimum 'On Target Earning' (OTE) for this role is approximately $80, 000 CAD per year with uncapped commissions. Many of our top reps more than double this amount!

CLOSE DEALS. Then close some more. Repeat.

Convert pre-set appointments into happy, high-value customers.
Become a trusted expert — assess needs, offer brilliant solutions, and guide customers to their dream outcome.
Master a proven sales process that delivers results.
Bring the energy to daily team huddles and strategy sessions.

What You Bring to the Table:
Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience).
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to travel locally for home visits.
Highly motivated and disciplined. You own your day.
Availability during evenings and some Saturdays — that’s when the magic happens!
3–5 years of commission sales experience is strongly preferred.
