Note : Expecting the candidate from Digital Marketing Agency (or) Event Management company others will not preferred.
Exp: 3 to 4 years in Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions.
Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees.
Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral.
Execute lead generation campaigns related to events.
Manage on-site event presence and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan.
Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral.
Design promotional material for events.
Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Exceptional project management skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with senior-level executives.
Willingness to travel for domestic and global events.
Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused approach.
